Has anyone heard anything about seymore butts? He has not answered his message board in weeks. I haven't heard about any new releases or anything. Usually he releases 1 video a month and he has not released anything in a long time. I have a bad feeling that mckayla retired or had a falling out with seymore. Maybe im just paranoid after alisha. If anyone heard any rumors please pass them on.
My theory/rumor/gossip is that things are not going well in his legal wrangle with Sunshine over the ownership of the name/character/trademark 'Seymore Butts'. He's putting his house in order to minimize the damages, so to speak.

Has anyone seen the movie, One Hour Photo? It's playing in select theaters across the country right now. Maybe you've seen the previews, it stars Robin Williams as a one hour photo employee...you'll understand where I'm going and why I'm posting it here in just a second. As I was watching the movie, the thought popped in my head that maybe this story and the whole idea is based on Seymore Butts, you know since he made news with the controversial fisting scene. Well, Robin William's character's name is Sy, and at one point you see his full name as Seymour (close enough). He's obsessed with pictures, and with taking pictures, and in one scene (I won't give anything away) he acts out in a way that made me think this could be based on Seymore Butts. I highly doubt that's what the screenwriter or director had in mind but you never know. Just a thought.
By the way, it's by far the best movie I've seen this summer. Very disturbing. He's the creepiest guy you'll see all summer. I highly recommend this movie.

Scott, Thanks for your theory. I hope your right but I am skeptical. Here is why. Throughout all the low points of Seymore's career he updated his message board and still released titles at a slower pace. Even when he was going crazy with his lawsuit, when he broke up with Alisha, when he broke up with Shane, When he broke up with Taylor, when he was fighting for his name against Sunshine, he still ket his fans up to date with what was going on. At the very least he updated his message board. This time the court case has settled and he dropped off the face of the earth. I found out that Mckayla is no longer under contract with Seymore. I don't think Seymore is coming back! Not if he cut off his fans the way he did. I just hope he sells the rights to his movies so we can see them on DVD finally.
Reggie, I will keep that in mind when I see that movie. I think I will wait for dvd. You say that "One hour photo" was your favorite movie of the summer. I guess that you didn't see "Star Wars, episode ll."
This is actually part of the point I was trying to make; if things go badly in the Sunshine case, he may not own those movies anymore. They may wind up belonging to Sunshine..
On the other hand, you are right about how he's been affected in the past when certain people leave him,,,
