Probabely I was not too aware of the US-American meaning of <dumping>. In my first post of this tread, I wrote:
Econimic situation is so desperate, some of our girls would really do any kind of porn work just to get to West for less than a few Hamburges price. He just wants to sell girls to West and earn as much as possible by doing so. M I want fair fee for girl and realistic market prices at same time. I dont think we can ask 700$ for Ukrainian DAP, aditionally of totally unknown girl. But I also dont want to find Chipsy girls doing that for 20$ and than sell the same act for 400$ to US-producers.
I heard about Prague Agencies selling the same acts cheaper than Budapest Agencies. I want to sell them yet cheaper keeping the same quality. I do it because Kiev is not yet known for good girls and porn. All I wondered about in writing that title was, if we Slavic porn fans with good connections dont sell our rich heritage (i.e. beautiful girls) too cheap to West? And when it is too cheap?
In no way, we will sell thrash!!! Our girls will be first class, but they might need some porn set training first.
Finally, I think it is completely ok, if US-producer pays less for Kiev porn girl as long as her fee is fair . A fair fee IMHO is, if a girl can earn in 1 porn scene significantly more than average Ukrainian worker in 1 month. For first the girls I represent are interested in being booked as often as possible, second me as a porn fan and consumer, I am interested in the production of as much porn as possible. And: As Slavic patriot, I do really want the World to get to know what wonderful girls we have!
Thanks for your response to my question. "Dumping" was an unfortunate choice of words if your concern was for the welfare of the girls notwithstanding your support of free enterprise. I guess I'll just have to chalk that up to your unfamiliarity with English-language usage here in the States.

Our girls earn a monthly income (average) at minimum per scene. Still they are groundbreaking cheap.
Double Anal (DAP) will earn them about a half years average income per scene - for Molavian girls it will be 1,5 years average income! - and it will still cost producers at least 50% less than in Czech!

Yupeee! Just got our final pricelist from Alexis:
pussy-only: 140$ anal: 150$ DP: 250$ DPP: 330$ DAP: 350$ gangbang (all included): price upon request facials are included, swallowing costs 10$ extra
As you see we basically fellowed Alexis first price-list he sent me long before establishing the agency. I sucessfully kept the DAP-price low during recent discussions where Alexis suddenly wanted to charge more than 400$. We decided however, in order to keep our agency as anal-friendly as possible, to sharply rise the pussy-only price. By doing this we dont want to incite pussy-only bookings due to low prices. If anal costs only 10$ more (and DAP only 20$ more than DPP), we hope producers will rather book anal instead.

Just for the sake of transparency, let us add, that if booked pussy-only we dont pay our girls all money, but only 70$. With the rest we will set up a special charity fond (with intention yet to be discussed).

We have finally founded that charity fundation today. But to tell you the truth only Shameless payed something in already. Despite all mis-postings and discussions about the appropriaty of this tread, I decieded to take this tread to inform you about new developpements at <Shameless Kiev>.
I just arrived back in Moscow from my over 3-week-Kiev-fieltrip this morning. And I will return Thursday to Ukraine, because I do understand I have to mend my business being locally present.
A lot went wrong during my last Moscow absence. And I eventually even had to trow out some of our talent, be it for strange affiliations, be it because they simply proofed to be not 18 already (1 case - but I take this seriousely!).
On the business side I sheduled the first 4 girls for temporary export to USA. They will be the first to carry the <Shameless Kiev>-light to the porn mainland! Alexis, my business partner, has good connections, but he is too unreliable to run an Agency like I intend to run; a top porn agency aimed at international porn producers. And I proposed them to work for my Agency. All of them gladly accepted, but I sent them first back home in order to think it over. All I can hope for is less trouble from the underworld claims from Nov 13-30th. But I am confident this Kiev side troubles have sucessfully been resolved.
