As far as I know, the only girls in the film who are professionals are Rucca Page for the token anal scene at the end and Leah Jaye for the bonus scene. The blonde that Jack meets at a bar and then later does a scene with during the day in the middle of nowhere has since come to LA. However, Krystal, her brunette friend, and the other blonde are all supposedly true amateurs who haven't done anything else.

Krystal does somewhat remind me of someone else though, like a cross between Delilah Strong and Tiffany Rayne.

I think Krystal has crossed over to reality TV now. VH1 Classic has been playing this commercial for Rock of Love into the ground lately, and the girl at the end who says "I'm going to get me some rocker ass" (14 seconds in) looks just like Krystal. The only difference is that she now has a large tattoo on her right arm. You can see her on the College Amateur Tour 1 boxcover as well as in the free screenshots from the XRentDVD review.
