I don't know. Looking at the boxcovers of movies Chaquira Montenegro has appeared in was not helpful.

I haven't seen Pretty Little Latinas 4, so all I can go on is the front boxcover picture. The Shaquira in PLL4 looks like she has small boobies. Kick Ass Shaquira has fairly large breasts. I conclude they are two different girls.
