The fact that she committed suicide makes her death all the more tragic.
You've made your point.
I suggest we don't derail this thread by turning it into a discussion about suicide.
We choose to remember Shauna and mourn her passing.

I was a kid when she was popular--so I don't remember her movies the way some of you probably do--but I have seen some of them at this point, nevertheless...and it's a tragedy how she passed away.

I adored Shauna, and she was probably the first really pretty girl that I saw in a porn movie - as such she is probably the reason for my love of porn.

I can think of no sadder adult biz story than Shauna. She was a passionless, reluctant performer on camera and troubled away from the set. The television show they made about her life/death is possibly the worst publicity the porn industry has endured.

Completely agree. According to the special, she loved the fame, money, and aspect of being a "star," but had to rely on drugs to actually perform. You're right when you say she was a lifeless performer. So much so that after news of her death, one industry vet said, "How can you tell?"
