That's someone working as "Rey" from Star Wars at the new Disney Star Wars theme park. It's the same as they have people working as Cinderella in the Magic Kingdom or whatever.

It's in the forum rules that no tweeted pics of minors are allowed, so I changed it to a link since we don't know her age.
