According to Adult Time they have to have three-mentions of step-relatedness to satisfy their legal department and the requirements of the CC companies, after which you can dispense with the "step" business. I've been continually disappointed with their state of family roleplay, across brands, especially Mommy's Girl as of late. A real lack of Mommy Talk with no real reason for it, as the stated requirements leave it wide open for them to give plenty, just after the three mentions of step-relatedness are out of the way. The AT team says they are "...listening to our members about ongoing issues regarding the brand and are actively planning solutions at the moment."

Here's hoping.

My goal moving forward is to still make taboo, engaging, lesbian movies for this audience while working inside of modern Visa and Pornhub standards. Now I have no issue making scenes with a lot of "mommy talk," after all I did it for years and everyone loved it. However, I'm not sure how to get those scenes out to you guys without the content getting flagged. So... what to do? How to incorporate "mommy talk" when we can't say "mommy?"

In the spirit of collaboration I would like to pose 4 questions to any fan of taboo lesbian content who cares to respond:

Question 1: can "mommy talk" just become "step mommy talk?" they want me to have the performers use the full term "stepmom" or "stepdaughter" every time not just once at the beginning of the scene like we used to do. If that's what people want to watch?

Question 2: is it not enough that they are engaging in a taboo encounter without having to constantly repeat certain words? Is it not enough that the stepmom seduced the stepdaughter who is afraid of what will happen if the dad finds out? (To boil it down to the simplest version). Is that scenario not erotic enough without the "mommy talk" during sex?

Question 3: what do you think is the best way to make a taboo movie without ever directly establishing a blood relation? How can the story and dialogue be engaging and sufficiently taboo without crossing this (constantly changing) line?

Question 4: how much consideration should be given to "future proofing" content to account for future stiffening of TOS policies in regards to taboo content?

This is something that is truly close to my heart, and I'm really pleased to see this discussion being brought up here. See, what you are describing is a continual problem for me at Adult Time and their family roleplay offerings, especially Mommy's Girl. Big time family roleplay fan here and it is just being watered down to the point of non enjoyment.

Here's how I understand it, having talked to Frank and being a very active member of at Adult Time - three mentions of step-relation to satisfy the legal department requirements and credit card companies after which you can dispense with the step-relation terms and use straight familial terms. If Adult Time is allowed to do this why aren't you? As using just three step-mentions early and then switching to straight familial terms would be 100% sufficient and amazing.

The problem is, Adult Time isn't even following through on their own stated rules that they say they have to play by. Going on to answer your questions.

Question One: Nope. I don't. Zero interest in the "steps", their use is only perfunctory, to allow satisfaction of both the legal department and the credit card companies requirements. Step mentions are not what fans of family roleplay want to hear. Any time they continue to be used after the initial required three, it's a bummer. A let down. Lost it's edge, the taboo-ness of the encounter.

Question Two: Nope, not enough at all. Far far from it. The scenario, without hearing the direct use of the familial terms, during sex mind, it's not taboo any longer, it's not a family roleplay scene any longer and it's something I want to go away, as it's helping to further dilute the genre than continue to be being made. Routinely at Mommy's Girl, or the other family roleplay channels, we get a couple of milquetoast "steps" to start with, then just as soon as the sex starts? It's over, it becomes a normative lesbian scene and my interest quickly wanes. (Any and all talk in family roleplay about "X person finding out" always falls flat for me, does nothing to add to the heat, passion, excitement or taboo nature of the scene. All to often it winds up being a cop out, used to pass off as if we're watching family roleplay when all we're really looking is for them to use dirty talk during sex with familial terms tacked on. If I never hear another "But what if Dad finds out" in my life I'll be a happy person.)

Question Three: Look to the big companies, like Adult Time, and verify that they aren't bullshitting about the three required mentions of step-ness and that after you can dispense with the step-mentions and go straight familial terms. Find out, truly, what you can and can't get away with. Because to my limited understanding, but being the big family roleplay fan I am, there's zero reason not to be producing great family roleplay content by just bonking us over the head with steps before going straight to the real, taboo dirty talk fans of family roleplay are yearning for.

If they are not allowed, familial terms one day, I dunno how you'd accomplish it. I think you'd need to go way deeper with establishing long term relationships; none of this, "I married your Dad a couple years ago" stuff. Nope. Super weak. In order to set the taboo table without being about to use "Mommy Talk" for instance you need to display their close, real, familial bond, her having raised her from a child, and referencing those little "taboo" instances that might have made one or the other think "Hmm" over those years. That deepens the taboo.

Question Four: That's a tough one, as there's nothing I hate more as a perceptive viewer than noticing just that - future proofing. That's what the brief mentions of step at the beginning and at the end are doing, being positioned just so, so that in the future the footage can be repurposed, recycled and resold on a different platform or medium. It cheapen the feel of the product the member is paying for, investing in. Nothing worse than a feeling of insult, a feeling of disrespect, from management towards it's members, and hedging ones content in this manner feels exactly as such. Fans are far more perceptive that what I think industry insiders routinely give us credit for.

Over in the Team Skeet thread, when I posted my recommendations on Family Roleplay, here's what they had to say: "Thank you for the amazing feedback! We truly appreciate you. TeamSkeet's tapping into family role play this year more than ever."

Well - what's the story? They really going to do what? Fans in their thread are routinely talking about Daughter Swap, no steps being used, and then the daughters sucking their own dads dicks and other things in it as the series continues to deepen it's taboo nature. If Team Skeet can do it, if they can produce stuff that will meet the CC companies requirements, what's the hold up?

A lot of times I feel that the "hold ups" aren't as such, and that it's more a company directive, they just don't want to produce this or that sort of content and rather than buck up and tell the fans, "No, we aren't interested in producing that kind of content, it's not in line with our vision", no, they'll dance around it with PR speak and say things along the lines of "It's out of our hands, it's the credit card companies/out of our hands, it's obscenity laws and we still ship DVDs so we cant" (neverminding they could just market and release it as web only, but don't? Why? Back to respecting your members intelligence and perception - the reason for not doing that is it eliminates a revenue stream for them, not having the option to market and sell the DVD itself. Evil Angel and watersports, for example. Too often we get fed PR and Company Speak instead of just leveling with us, the consumers. Or at a minimum it feels that way.

Here's my take on Family Roleplay and what I want to see, how I want to see it done.

Family Roleplay, the kind that after you have satisfied your legal department's requirements due to credit card companies pressuring you dispense with the "step" and simply use direct familial relation terms. Further, that when the sex starts, these terms aren't dropped, that the scene doesn't become a normative adult entertainment scene instead of a family roleplay scene. Many times in other places I run into this and it's always a supreme frustration. To me, the keys to a super hot family roleplay scene are as follows:

1. Get the required mentions of step-relatedness out of the way, quickly and never use "step" anything the rest of the scene.

2. Have the females, if it's a B/G (not much of a concern here in GG), perform the overwhelming majority of the family roleplay. (And by family roleplay, what do I mean? See below) I don't want to hear the male do all of it, or be the one to do the majority of the talking; just the opposite.

3. All the dirty talk that the females normally do during a given scene should include, tacked on if you will, this mention of direct familial relation (again, after the legal department has been satisfied in Step #1.) If it's a step-dad and step-daughter scene, instead of the step-daughter saying, "Oh baby, your dick is filling me up so good!" she would instead say, "Oh daddy, your dick is filling me up so good!" Note the key difference. One is family roleplay. The other is the sort of dirty talk you find everywhere, in regular adult entertainment scenes.

4. This family roleplay talk, performed by the females mainly, doesn't stop when sex starts, and stays up in frequency, ideally averaging about one mention of familial relation a minute or so, give or take, with her dirty talk. If it's a step-mother and step-daughter scene, after the legalities are satisfied instead of her saying, "I never knew my step-mom knew how to eat ass like that!" she would instead say, "Mommy! I never would have guessed you knew how to eat an asshole like that!" Note the key difference. Family roleplay fans are tuning in to hear the latter, not the former. And the females, in this GG scene, or in B/G or B/G/G scenes, would keep this up, aiming for an average of about 1/minute.

^ That's a hot as hell family roleplay scene if pulled off.

Just the same as you were interested in hearing our feedback on this, I am super keen on hearing your feedback as well. This is a genre that I'm truly passionate about and it's getting harder and harder seemingly to find anything truly taboo, anything that fits the bill. I am hoping very much for some quality family roleplay one way or another to come about soon. If it's at She Seduced Me? Member for life. What I mainly got out of your answer is that you liked the old content that was made before the TOS (terms of Sevice) of a lot of the platforms and visa changed and you would like more content like that. I suspected as much but I’m just not sure how to act on your recommendations. It seems foolish to keep making the same movies that got rejected expecting a different result.

Here is literally the response I got from my PH rep in regards to my initial content several months ago:

“ The main things your content got flagged for were depictions of real incest, non-consent, abuse of power, or hostage situations. While I understand this is fantasy and simply a depiction of the scenario, our Terms of Service is now a lot stricter. For example, a scene with a step-relation where they are only using "mom" or "dad" or "daughter" would  no longer be considered compliant.

If you're able to make edits to the scenes to remove where someone says that, you can reupload those scenes or provide me with the edited scene and I can replace the source file for you so you can retain the views/ratings/comments.”

Here is what I am going to do: I’m going to verify with my rep what, exactly, the rules are at this time. He had told me “step every time” earlier but I brought up your “3 steps and then go” understanding of the rules (I said another producer told me that and asked him to verify).

More importantly I’m going to see what the rules are exactly with different platforms. Maybe the visa TOS are less stringent than the PH TOS. Maybe ManyVids/clips4sale or xvideos have different TOS than PH or Visa. Maybe it makes financial sense to have scenes that have more taboo content on some platforms and just not put those scenes on PH, even though PH is a major source of traffic. At the end of the day the membership site has to comply with the VIsa TOS but I am going to verify exactly what those are. I’ll get back to you guys with what I find out.

Whatever they are I have to follow the TOS RuLes of the platforms i monetize the content on but there seems to be some confusion as to exactly what those are. Understand I have no personal agenda past making the content that my customers want to see.

In the meantime while I hunt down the answers for us, I would still be interested in other people’s responses to the four questions I posed earlier in the thread. Let’s keep the dialogue going and see if we can’t figure out something that works for everyone like we used to.

Hmm, if you can't say Mom, Mommy, Mother, Ma (but step versions are a-ok with them, right, the Pornhhubs and such)? It makes it way tougher, I don't think I'm telling you anything you don't already know. But I'm going to spitball some ideas here (I truly am a fan of the genre, anything I can do here at She Seduced Me and to help you bring it to us, or anything fans can riff off of or other industry insiders here can pick up on, I'm all for it, as you can likely tell with the way in which I write, it's one of my favorite genres):

I'd made brief mention of it before, but, if it has to be either "Mommy/et al" free or even step-free, no step-versions, you've got to clearly display the long-term relationship. It's not enough to just title it a certain way, or to use the steps if you can get away with it. It's key to display that long-term relationship, that this step-mom is only a step-mom in name, that she well and truly played the role of mother to her step-daughter, regardless of the lack of blood relation.

This is a psychological aspect to the taboo - I think there is more to the taboo, at the heart of it here, when you really start to unpack and examine it, to deconstruct it, than there even is in the blood relation, if played right, if written right. Not only that, you'll need to really work with your actresses to pull those sorts of performances out of them.

I have a couple of examples from the latest MG with Ryan Keely and Freya Parker, the first of a close but no cigar, in terms of what it is that I'm trying to drive at, give examples of.

"You're gonna be working this summer in my coffee shop. My little girl." - Ryan

"I mean, I'm not that little. You've only seen me grow for like, two years, since you married my dad, so it's not too much." - Freya

"But since then, you are just, no offense but an adorably gangly, awkward teenager when I met you just like a little Bambi colt. And now you're just this blossoming young woman and that's how you're gonna make tips." - Ryan

It's getting close, Ryan's use of "my little girl", and Freya's reply is where it went off the rails, where it lost it's balls, as this could have been, and almost is, a Hall of Fame exchange. What do I mean?

Freya plays down their relationship. Saying she's only known her for two years, since she's married her dad, and that she hadn't seen her grow up for long. That's passion draining, that takes the taboo they'd been building up and pops a hole in that balloon, deflating all the heat that was building. Ryan's reply? Perfection. Let's examine a possible alternative here to this dialogue that (as long as "my little girl" is all right) would be taboo but not have to use Mommy, etc.

"You're gonna be working this summer in my coffee shop. My little girl." - Ryan

"I mean, I'm not that little anymore. Really! I'm not. I know you've watched me grow up and all since you married my dad, but I'm not that little girl anymore." - Freya

"Back then Freya, no offense, but you were an adorably gangly, awkward teenager when I met you just like a little Bambi colt. And now you're just this blossoming young woman and that's how you're gonna make tips." - Ryan

I mean, is that not world's different in terms of the kink, the taboo, the fetish, the bent, that fans of family roleplay want, and if we have to be clever to play by the rules can maybe possibly still deliver without having to use those familial terms?

Let's look at another example from that same scene, during the set up, this one MUCH better, very taboo, but still room for improvement, and it doesn't use the familial terms at all:

"I've never really never really . I've never really like gone down that road or anything like that so I wouldn't . I wouldn't know." - Freya

"You've never... wait. What do you mean by going down that road?" Ryan

"I don't know, I've...Like, I've never experimented with girls or anything, so." - Freya

"You are kidding me. You haven't? You had sleepovers practically every weekend with your girlfriends." - Ryan

"Yeah, but we were just like, you know, painting nails and stuff like that." - Freya

"You guys weren't fooling around?" - Ryan

"No."

"That's what you're supposed to be doing on sleepovers. [laughing] Why do you think I totally left you guys completely alone and went to the other side of the house with, like, a glass of wine?"

"I had no idea, I guess." - Freya

"So you're sooo innocent." - Ryan

See how this shows, especially combined with the changed first bit of dialogue the deepened levels of taboo, the long-term relationships, establishing a well and true familial bond despite their not being blood related. Very taboo but for us fans of family roleplay, taboo family roleplay, pretty hot. Does a nice job of building that heat. I was actually surprised to get this bit of dialogue on MG, not that it has the Mommy Talk I want, just that if felt quite taboo. I complemented them in the comment section on using clever dialogue to deepen the taboo but in turn made note of the lack of Mommy Talk too - as I'm still under their statement of "three step-mentions to set the scene and then familial terms are good after that." I mean, it's not their produced content but there are some superlative B/G spankmonster episodes on AT where the female alone does over 90 bits of straight familial relation dirty talk (brother in one and dad in the other). And that's within the past few months. Anyhow, I digress, point being, I thought the above was an example of doing taboo family roleplay without having to use direct familial terms.

Thanks for your time and it's going to be interesting hearing about the developments of your outreach and TOS scourings, to see just what they'll let you get away with and not. And then? Then it's time to toe the line just as close as humanly possible! Lol Here's to you, and us, also, getting some good news from them!

Here the answers to your questions:

Question 1: No.. it can't become stepmommytalk for the die hard taboolovers. This is a dealbreaker. We can live with 1, 2 or 3 step-mentions in the beginning or perhaps after the climax. Stepmomtalk during the sex is fast forward and stop.

So they seem to be allowed mommy talk after the initial stepmom setup, i would think you would also be allowed but either way Alan i wish you all the best as your mommysgirl, girlgirl and sheseducedme mom and daughter scenes are classics that i never get bored of revisting.

mckenzie lee and gabriella lopex threesome scene for teamskeet also has plenty of mommy/daddy talk, other companies seem to be ok unless these scenes were shot before the tougher restrictions you were told about came into play.

As a MASSIVE fan of the taboo lesbian genre, I greatly appreciate, not only your fantastic body of work in this genre, but caring so much about your fans opinions.

I've always voted with my wallet. I was a happy member of Mommy's Girl for the first few years, and I was super excited to see you start She Seduced Me. I especially loved "Mother of The Bride" (with Alison Rey, Krissy Lynn, & Kyler Quinn) and "Mommy's Recipe" (with Alicia Williams, Scarlett Sage, & Serene Siren.) I have a strong feeling that these are two of the scenes you had to go back and edit and add "step" to, because beyond those references, the scenes are played out like legit mother/daughter relations.

Now to answer the questions you posted:

Not for me. Once I hear "step" in a scene, the taboo is gone. While I understand that there are some restrictions that require establishing a step-relationship, most companies seem to make it work by getting these requirements out of the way very early on in their scenes. (That is if you're still allowed to..based on the info you provided earlier). I once recommended on the Girlsway forum a way to "Skip a Step." This being simply including timestamps in the video's description indicating when the term step is used. This simple step (lol) I think would be a really clever workaround. As gooch wrote "1. Get the required mentions of step-relatedness out of the way, quickly and never use "step" anything the rest of the scene."

I absolutely prefer taboo dirty talk. I prefer the terms "mom" or "mother" over "Mommy", which I feel has kind of lost it's taboo after being used so often in scenes with no actual taboo vibe..but that may just be me. BUT MOST IMPORTANT is establishing a life-long parental bond. This is absolutely key for me. "You've grown so much." "You remind me of my mom (your grandma), or aunt when she was younger," etc.)

It's really hard, but not impossible. Girlfriend's Films had some strong examples of this in their early releases. The scene between Nicole Moore & Tara Lynn Foxx from Lesbian Seductions Older/Younger Vol. 30 is a brilliant example of never using direct family terms, but still making it work. But at the end of the day, I absolutely prefer taboo dirty talk.

I would hope none. Because, who knows, things might become more lenient. In another post you pondered "Maybe ManyVids/clips4sale or xvideos have different TOS than PH or Visa. Maybe it makes financial sense to have scenes that have more taboo content on some platforms and just not put those scenes on PH, even though PH is a major source of traffic." I think this might be the case. About a year ago clipsforsale started having to include "Step" in the title and description of their taboo videos, BUT not in the actual videos themselves. It's a work around that every major taboo studio on the site has successfully used to this very day.

I just wanted to check back in with everyone here and read some of the newest replies. Thank you all so much for your feedback and impassioned answers. They where very informative. And I see where the nostalgia for the older content stems from.

In terms of research I did find a lot of daylight between the TOS of the various parties. While I have to respect the visa rules to the letter it is also feasible to have some scenes that don't make it onto some of the stricter platforms, and that's ok. So I have recalibrated my recent mommy scenes accordingly, it will be a while before they come out but by this summer I think you still see the updated content. Let me know what you think of the more taboo scenes!

And while I'm already writing this much, are you going to shoot anal content, preferably anal and squirting together?
