This thread revolves around a hypothetical scenario.
Imagine this people: say that you're at a bar/club and there you take notice of your favourite pornstar (whoever that might be) and she is there alone. Not a very statistically likely scenario, I know, but an edgy one.
How would you approach her (assuming you would) and what would you say and/or do to try to get her into bed? (If that's your goal.)
Would you emphasize on the porn career of hers or would you pretend that you didn't know? Pros/cons?

This is an easy one. You never ever bring up the porn aspect because:
1: By establishing the fact that she's in porn and you're a few viewer you've changed the overall dynamic to Porn performer/drooling fan boy and you're not going to get laid.
2: Once this dynamic is established and the girl does some escorting, you've become just another client.
3: What if she's the doppelganger of the star and not the star herself and your opening line is, "Hey Suzy Spreadum, I really loved your work in Anal Angels 10." You'll get a drink tossed in your face and again you won't get laid.

I would never, ever act starstruck around someone famous or semi-famous. They're just people like you and I. If I happened to meet her eye, I'd probably just smile, say hello and leave it at that.
Apologies, mods, if this is already covered elsewhere but has anyone on here ever met a porn star in an 'everyday' setting (not a convention, club or other personal appearance) and, if so, what was it like?

I encountered a performer in public the other day. She was with friends and looked like she was having a rough night. Plus, I was expected to behave in my capacity as a professional, so I didn't do or say anything. I waited until she left to go around telling everyone that cared that we had just been graced by the presence of a porn star.
So to answer your question, I think I'd be too intimidated to strike up a conversation with my favorite porn star, and I'd reason I could never keep her from realizing I'm a fan. Now, if she came up to me, I'd have to give some flirting a shot, I suppose.
