On top of that, it's on a military base. Now ADMktplace has a section in their FAQs where they list specific zip codes that they don't allow sellers to ship to - this being one of them. My question is what kind of liability can I potentially face from ignoring this rule and completing the transaction. [Link] |

On the other hand, if you were to ship to someone in one of these states, and you were 100% certain that they weren't someone working with or for the government, then they can't do anything to you.
