I ordered 4 dvd's and got a mail they were shipped Januari-7
now its the 22 nd and they still haven't arrived.

Does anyone have experience with shipping times? I used th $1,99 shipping special.

Hi I also had an order shipped to the Netherlands from lasersedge at Januari 7th. I also haven't received it yet. It was the first time I used the 1.99 shipping special (have used them with DHL before, without any problem). I'll keep you updated.

Their shipping use to take around 14-15 days but I noticed my last 10 packages took a little longer. No longer than 21 days though.

I received the order today. That makes 22 days, or 21 allowing for the Phileas Fogg effect (i.e. timezone differences).

That's funny because I also received a package from Lasersedge with 4 DVD's which was shipped to me on Januari 7.

Hey I finally got the dvd's yesterday on Januari 29 so it took 22 days. But that's ok. I still think I won't use the special again though hmm.

I think they try to bundle different shipments to a country, since they are transferred to Europe together(through Switzerland?), and then re-mailed to the customer. This method probably helps to avoid customs taxing too (together with the customs-friendly value on the envelope).

That would explain a lot. I'm in the UK, not the Netherlands, but I did an order with L/E that dispatched between 14th and 16th Jan. Two items arrived after 14 days, but the third (posted 16th) has yet to arrive after 21 days. I'm hoping that will have missed a bulk shipping to Switzerland, 'cause if it's lost that's a first from L/E.

As usual, two days after posting this, the disc has arrived safely. I'll just have to assume 4 weeks shipping in future (I don't think the mods would appreciate using the forums as a method of preempting delivery)
