Maybe I should post in the porn pool, but I want to believe that the topic is strictly about feature porn of the past.

What I thought was impossible actually happened: a child actor is featured in the film Games Women Play (Caballero dvd).
Obviously the kid was not exposed to the shooting of a sex scene (strictly comedy: Leslie Bovee keeps her blouse on!), and he probably did not see a single dick, tit or ass on the set, AND one might argue that other child actors acted in kinkier scenes in mainstream cinema (especially in the 70's), still...

There was a boy in Bad Girls too.

John Anthony Bailey was a child actor turned porn actor I do believe.

Oh, I remember the boy in Bad Girls!
I can't remember if he had sex, but I'm sure he was the bad girls' prey.
He was in his teens though (18? he looked younger)

The child in Games Women Play must be 8 or 10.

I did'nt know that "Jack Baker" was a child actor. By the way, I just visited this site

Iafd doesn't list it but imdb does.

Scotty Schwartz, the kid tho got his tongue stuck to the frozen flag pole in "A Christmas Story" (1983). When he grew up he starred in a few (awful by me) porn movies.

This is the one I saw and I'm sure you can find the cover if you want to see it.
