I check the Private site, but I usually wait for the U.S. based retailer to carry it. Usually a better price.

We do this because Private releases most titles weeks or months in advance of the release here in the U.S. We do this as a courtesy to our international shoppers. Do you ever order from shop.private.com or do you wait for your favorite U.S. based retailer to carry the DVD? [Link] |

When I have checked the site for future releases, their site says something like "AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY TO USA FROM SEPTEMBER 18" (I pulled that from Reality 6). The dates listed don't vary significantly from when the titles are available at the US retailers. Therefore it doesn't make any sense to pay a premium for it at Private's store. [Link] |
