Actually, since the box cover clearly states "Shot In HD", it implies that both of these scenes have to be new, because Digital Playground wasn't shooting in HD when Rocki Roads & Julia Ann were previously shooting scenes for them. |

However, since we've never seen this footage, it qualifies as a "new" movie. Anything previously "unreleased" can qualify as "new" footage.
