the shots do NOT have to include sex.

If you're just looking for shower scenes, check out the [invalid URL removed] Women in Prison genre. WIP movies usually require at least one shower scene as a staple of the genre. :)

You'd figure there'd be a shower-scene movie database on the Net somewhere... maybe this is your calling! :)

Off the top of my head, I know there's a shower scene in The Halfway House .
