| Black Coffee Member 128 Posts 3/01 |  Posted - May 7 2001 : 10:38PMI just got LBO Digital's release of "Showgirl Classics presents Seka's Fantasies" and wanted to let those who may be interested know that the quality is very, very poor. The picture is one of the worst transfers I have seen and the audio matches. Basically they took an old, degraded video that had been through hell and put it on DVD without mastering the picture whatsoever. Image a dub of a dub of a VHS video that was 20 years old and you get the picture quality. I recommend avoiding this DVD at all costs, even diehard fans. NOTE: This is NOT the film "Seka's Fantasies" but a compilation featuring Seka with Vanessa Del Rio. The actual film "Seka's Fantasies" is available from Caballero. Maybe they decided that words on the screen are too intense for us to see, or maybe they fear prosecution for misspellings so they cut the words out. This may is stupid as shit, but Caballero frequently does this. I would really like to know why!! Do they save money with this? [Link] |
