I love the 6 Rainbow colored discs. and honestly 100$ isn't that much considering how many episodes there were.

Hey, that is great news! I think I'll wait until Amazon carries it though... TLA is generally more expensive than Amazon, and they ship things incredibly SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.

I almost jumped on the DeepDVDDiscount price... 72 bucks is pretty darn cheap. But, I think for now, I'm going to go without QAF on DVD.

When the show first came out, I was amazed and entraced by it. I was just plain stunned that anything like it was on TV. When the series was over, I was all ready to plunk down my cash for the DVDs.

BUT, now that we're into reruns, I'm watching the show with clearer eyes, and to be honest, it isn't that great. The "acting" is rather poor, and the storylines are very cliche. The only reason I'd consider buying the set now is to see the behind the scenes stuff, and I can probably just download that off the net the day after it comes out.

Yeah. It's okay to watch. IF the DVD set cost maybe around 30 I'd do it. but for $100.. uhmmmmm no...for about 30 then its just replacing my vcds with nice copies for the same price to burn them.

It's still a bit steep for me....$45 would be my limit.....maybe there will be some sales on it....

Oh to watch Justin f*ck in slo-mo! haha

Also, why is it you can get the second set of the UK version cheaper then the first? What a rip! I've still never seen that one and would really like to see the differences....I'm sure its more realistic thats for sure....

Series 2 of the UK version is 90 minutes long, on one disc.
Series 1, on the other hand, is 240 minutes, on two discs.

Personally, I was thrilled to see that $72 price for Showtime's QAF. My partner and I both love the show, and can't wait to get it on DVD. BTW, the set will feature "uncensored" versions of the episodes, with scenes that were too hot for Showtime. "No limits"... yeah, right!
