About a month and a half ago, I gave my reasons why I felt Sienna West has taken it up a notch and it seems that she is no longer in the business. I realized this due to the fact that she no longer has a twitter account. I recall that she was talking about getting married and moving to Colorado so I'm assuming that has now happen. If anyone has any more information it would be greatly appreciated!!!

I've been a casual fan of Sienna's for years but over the past year I've become a much bigger fan because I love who she looks these days, she started doing IR, she started doing anal and I think she really turned up the energy in her performances. Hmmm...usually when a girl with already big breasts like Sienna says they're getting even bigger boobs it means they put on weight and are trying to balance things out.
