If they are, that's probably relatively new. I've seen a lot of Simon Wolf box covers for comps where they refer to the contents as "our favorite scenes".
I know that's not really coming out and stating clearly that the disc is a comp, but that's what they mean.
Older compilations did have this text in back cover: "(number) of our favorite scenes".
Now, when films are distributed by PurePlay, it's harder. If front cover has this text in it: "A Simon Wolf Hybrid" or "A Simon Wolf Bold Special Presentation" and/or if title is "The Art Of..." it's compilation. Also if movie has over 6 scenes, it must be compilation. So only way to know that this: Playful Exotic Bottoms is comp, is that there is over 6 scenes. (Some scenes are from "A Taste Of The Orient 2".)
Also all or almost all None-compilation movies distributed by PurePlay, has this text in front or back cover: "5 New Scenes". Like: A Taste Of The Orient 2 So those are not compilations.
Simon Wolf is currently fucked up company, this month they did release 2 new movies and 2 compilations. Looks like next month they are going to release only 1 new movie and 3 comps.
TonyC: release you Marie movie again, with new cover and don't tell clearly that it's full of old footage, then i'am sure Dumblonde or someone else will tell you why it's bad thing.
PS: I'am not sure if i truly care what SW does, because my last movie from them was before this "distributed by PurePlay" thing:)
