How are the movies from Simon Wolf (uncensored? is that some sort of subdivision?) compared to other gonzo?

I like mainly movies from RLD, PXP, EA and stuff like that.

I'm very much interested in the title Young Stuff because it has some of my personal favorites in it (like ariana jollee, amber rain, michelle b) but I'm a bit concerned that it may be too much on the soft side.

Some input would be greatly appreciated and helpfully.. :)

Simon has made himself persona non grata on this board so you may not get much feedback, zebrahead.

zebrahead,
If you want to learn why ADT is not a very Simon Wolf friendly, take a look at this thread. Once you get about half way through the thread, you'll understand.

I am a fan of Simon Wolf's movies. Usually the talent is fresher, cuter, and still does anal with some regularity. You won't find the circus sex acts that dominate much of Anabolic and RLD releases, so if you are a fan of pushing the envelope, you might be disappointed. Its pretty much the perfect fit for me, however.

Of course, they employ human filth such as Marc Wallice as well. Many people take exception to this. However, I don't think it is necessary to totally boycott a studio over one employee, reviled as he may be.

Well, personally, I can care less who is employed by who in "porno land", so that is a moot point with me; I watch a porn for the girls/acts. As for SW as a company, they aren't bad, but on the same token, not great either. Their work can be spotty at times and they tend to use "normal sized" guys which is nice. I'm not quite sure if I would say I'm a flat out fan, but I like their stuff. Their lighting is a bit softer and the sex can get just as hot, however they defiantly hit the couples market more than anything in my eyes.

*edit* I do want to throw this in here though, I DO NOT want to me misconceived here. What Marc has/could have done in the past with the HIV this is horrible and irresponsible - hell it even pisses me off if it's true, but Simon Wolf DID NOT do these things. Marc did so I won't hold it against them as a company

SimonWolf...

My opinion of them? I believe the French term for it is "comme ci, comme ca." Or in potentially the universal language, I would hold up my hand flat and tilt it to the left and right.

In other words, they're a pretty average bunch. Some of the stuff is good and some if it sucks. But for me their best isn't usually as hot as somebody like Devils Film or PlatinumX or RedLight's worst. I preferred Simon Wolf when they first started and were primarily releasing feature tapes, such as "'Til Sex Do Us Part", "The Trouble With Sex", and "Thief of Hearts." (Look at the covers of those and try figuring out why I liked them. It shouldn't be hard.) I don't think they really should have converted so completely to gonzo as they have.

By the way, I had no clue Marc Wallace had any contact with them until just now.

He's a fine upstanding citizen.

I beleive there was a boycot of Simon Wolf's movies due to the scumbag Wallice's employment there. That could be why they have 102 flicks out with only 13 reviews here?

I, like many, have torn feelings on Simon Wolf.

The fact that they employ that asshole makes me sick. The other fact is, like it or not, SW is getting the freshest, hottest talent to shoot for them. On top of that, their production values are extremely high and their release schedules are huge. The large number of new and established girls in their vids almost makes it impossible to boycott them. There is just to many fresh hotties working for them to avoid.

Sorry if this offends anyone.

[sarcasm] Well yes, I see that your daycare center has Michael Jackson come in to work with the kids once a week. I'm pretty sure he's a child molester, but since he's only one person in your company I'll still send my kids there. [/sarcasm]

Hi Trisha,

I guess with the exception of Mandy Starr (who seems to only shoot for SW and Ed Powers) many, if not all, of the girls work for other studios so my statement may not hold water.

As I said this issue has me torn and with you asking me a direct question it has me even more confused. I will never know what it like to be so closely related to this whole matter (as you are) so anything I say could be ill-received by you. I respect you for being open about the subject on ADT and also respect everybody's opinions and thoughts on the issue.

There are some subjects not worth offending people over and this thread is one of them.

Fair enough. I didn't mean to attack you personally, just giving you something to consider as an alternative.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply you did. We're all friends here!

I just didn't want to write anything that may be offensive to you. Sitting in Ohio I'm kind of insulated from the "real world" of adult movies but talking to you regarding this situation changes things. Nope, no offense taken.

And yes I enjoy movies from all the studio's, including yours. Thanks for reading.
