Sorry if this has been posted before,it was reported over at AVN, but I wanted to post it here also. Is aurora still planning on staying in the adult video business? The article states that she is taking courses at college and wants to attend law school. Could her anticipated departure from adult be the reason behind this termination?

Maybe it is time that Aurora Snow goes on to bigger and better things in life. However, she is still damn hot and a firecracker on camera. If she wants to, I'm sure she can keep working. Perhaps she will stay on and continue to direct for Sin City while finishing college.
I don't think her going to college has anything to do with it, she has been for some time. Besides, even if you anticipate her leaving, she can and probably would make movies until then. I haven't watched Shay Sweet since the implants, so for me that is no loss. I wasn't aware that she had any new footage for some time.
This topic would go hand-in-hand with "What Do Porn Stars Do When They Retire?"
As for Aurora....hate to see her go, but...jeez she's done just about everything (and everyone) you can do in Porn. Twice. When does it start to get boring? Worse yet, what if the boredom starts to show?

Having done things already should not be an excuse to leave them behind. Hopefully Aurora needs to finance her college and law course still and will carry on. Boring it only gets if there is no incentive whatsover. If a girl likes what she does at least a bit there are always studs giving them a good time while they still earn some money. Aurora certainly is such a girl. And: Doing porn now going towards 30 doesnt forcast in any way what a girl does when hitting 40. Aurora Snow might well be an attorney until then... But in the meanwhile I would not mind to still wank a bit to her new dvds while always keeping an eye open for younger girls, too, of course.

And I fervently hope she remains independent, working for any directors or companies she wants to. The contract work is too stagnating. Hell, she's never done a WOAD for Jules. Time for everybody to catch up.
Aurora is a BIG favorite of mine. I hope she moves on to bigger and better things. If she retires from porn I won't be sad to see her go because she's left 100's of hot performances behind.
I hope Wicked doesn't sign her either. I'd hate to see Aurora go softcore after such a great career.
I thought Aurora's videos for Mayhem were quite good: she seemed to get a lot out of the female performers, although seeing Jay Ashley and Alex Sanders, and their roughing up the girls antics, in every video was a little much.
As Aurora and Jay are a team, perhaps if Sin City had enough of Jay they had to get rid of Aurora.
