I guess you're thinking of the scene in an old folks' home in Dirty Anal Kelly in Rome 2. The old boy, whose name I forget (maybe Mario??), appears sometimes in other Italian movies, such as from Salieri or Joe D'Amato in various grotesque roles.

I seem to recall that Dirty Anal Kelly in Rome 2 also has some dodgy scene with supposedly homeless guys and an old tramp.

OTOH, there's room for all kinds in porn and for those who wanna see it, it's not too hard to find. I've seen it in numerous flicks recently (none that I recall the names of, unfortunately). But it seems to be gaining popularity.

As far as "skanky guys", I guess there are more than a few. You don't see guy's faces in gonzo much these days so I don't often recognize the male talent just from seeing them from the waist down. There's some biker looking dude with a big, bushy beard and what looks like braids in it. I guess he would qualify. I kinda like him though because of the stuff he says while he's getting his freak on. And plus, he's not afraid to just be himself, say whatever he wants. I've seen a lot of Chico Wang releases, and can tell you that there are some girls who flat out refused to let The Minion touch them. A prime example would be Gia Jordan. I can't recall the release, but Gia swallowed the loads of a roomful of guys, but for all of Chico's pleading, she would not let The Minion come in her mouth.
