I don't know if it was really worth it, but I don't really feel like I was particularly ripped off, either. Business was pretty light that night, but it was a Thursday. I chatted with a few dancers while I waited. I intended to get more lap dances with house dancers, but when one, Jasmine, left to do her stage set and said she'd come back afterward, she found other staff people to talk with on her way back, while in the meantime I was noncommittal when talking to other passing entertainers while waiting for her to return. Anyway, eventually the sideshow act that the club thought would be good to pair with Skin came out. They were okay, I guess, but I found the Pretty Things Peepshow lineup that appeared at Exxxotica Chicago a few years ago far superior. But Jasmine the house dancer had finally returned. It turned out that girl is pretty squeamish, and she spent much of the sideshow's performance looking away in horror. That was kind of entertaining. At some point she pointed out to me that Skin had come out with her roadie and was watching the show from their booth at the side of the main floor. Anyway, when the sideshow finally ended, Skin didn't do her set right away, so I finally got a few lap dances from the house dancer, before we realized Skin was about to go on. We both went down to the main floor right by the main stage. We were the first to sit that close to the stage, though others followed as Skin's show went on. Another house dancer I had talked to, Toni, asked Skin if it was okay to use her smart phone's camera. Skin clearly nodded yes, and maybe even said so verbally, so Toni shot video for most of Skin's performance. I don't think club management was overjoyed about it, though, as they kept hassling Toni about it. For my part, I had driven too far, and gone to too much trouble to be off from work to risk trouble without unambiguous written consent to record a stage set, so I kept my phone in my pocket until I shot the photo above after the stage show. Plus I think having a camera out can detract from the moment. Obviously, Skin paid me a lot of attention as I was the first patron sitting right by the stage. I also gave some of my ones to Jasmine and Toni, so they tipped her, too. Skin pulled Jasmine onto stage with her for some porn star feature dancer on house dancer molestation. The club is topless only, but Skin made it as dirty as possible within those constraints. I waited too long to type this up, and now my memory is fading. I didn't really know an appropriate way to ask Toni for a copy of her video, and besides I'm sure Toni's video must show Jasmine's face, as well as the faces of those who eventually sat on the other side of the thrust stage. So I wouldn't know how appropriate it would be to share it with you all, anyway. At the end, Skin passed out a few DVDs. Jasmine got one of them. When Skin came out for her meet and greet, she sold me a copy of her Penthouse, and autographed it, of course. At some point I went back out to my car and got my only two DVDs that feature her in a major way, and she signed those as well. I gave others a chance to go through the line and have their moment with Skin. But I went back and got some photos, including the one above, and got some lap dances from Skin. She did slash her normal lap dance price a lot on account of her normal price being based on full nudity and that club being topless only. Jasmine and Toni and maybe some of the other house dancers were commenting about how Skin's prices were downright reasonable compared to some of the other porn stars who have featured there. Unfortunately, when I got my lap dances that sideshow had come out for second show, so the club wasn't playing normal songs over their PA system, just background music that the sideshow talker could talk over. But Skin made the best of it and gave me what she she thought was my money's worth. I have no complaints. That club has an early closing time, being in the Bible Belt. Skin did her first stage show so late that she never did a second stage set that night. But one show on Thursday may have been the original plan. I asked her if she had any movies for sale before I left, my collection of movies featuring her being so paltry. Surprisingly, she said the DVDs she gave out during the stage set were all she had. I only had Thursday and Friday off. And I don't have a normal job where I can take Thursday and Friday off and be off until Monday morning. So I drove down on Thursday, and went back home on Friday. I made a side trip Friday to see some close relatives I hadn't seen since Christmas. As it turned out, I could totally have stayed for the Friday show as well, as I wasn't called to work again until my days off had been over for a day. But that's 20/20 hindsight. I did enjoy seeing the relatives on Friday, and all in all that was a fun couple of days. [Link] |
