Anyone remember Sky Lopez? A real wild thing in her time. She's been out of porn for about three or four years. But she has been involved in some kind of non-porn scandal, i think it said she is in a sex tape with a guy who used to be a child movie star...

I agree. If Sky wants to put her porn past behind her, she should drop her Porn Name--that I assume is NOT her real name. Also, IMO, it's a bad image for the biz when porn girls jump at the chance to be groupies for every D-List celeb. It just screams "publicity whore." At least Sky doesn't seem to be peddling this sex tape.
I know I"m a dork for watching this show, but what else is on tv at this time..nothing too interesting..I actually saw the story on "TMZ" . The child star was from the show "Baywatch". He played David Hasselhoff's son.
She did indeed. I believe she renounced porn and records rap (but not Christian rap) under the name Spring Break or something like that. A shame she went all good on us. I keep hoping Satan wins her back. She was one of my favorites.
How "good" could she have possibly gone? My grandmother always said that actions speak louder than words and she may be claiming to be all good now but her actions tell a very different story. I know I read somewhere that recently she was arrested for fighting or something like that and spent some amount of time in jail as a result. You don't spend days or even longer in jail for just fighting. So clearly there is more to that story. Then throw in the fact that her friends or associates that were acting on her behalf, as she did not want her porn past to come back to haunt her got possession of the video for her and now it's on the open market. Now let's throw in the fact that she still openly uses the name Sky Lopez, promoting herself by her porn star name. She even uses that name as her Myspace page. I don't know about you but if I wanted to disassociate myself from my porn past so bad that I send my thugs / "friends" over to threaten the life of the little Hobie dude, why for the love of all that is holy, would I still run around as my porn star name?
Well, I guess I'm a "dork" too. I watch TMZ on TV all the time. it's so, so funny! And, IMO, little "Hobie" is a bit of a sleaze: hiring several pornstars for a straight-to-video "mainstream" movie--and having sex with at least one of his employees. I guess "Hobie" grew up to be Charlie Sheen. Maybe he will get a Prime Time sitcom, too!

They stimulated the economy with that cash. That's why we're having a national downturn now, because these 2 haven't had a recent contract so they don't have money to spend to keep the economy afloat. It's probably why we're seeing sporadic comebacks this year from a few who've never made comebacks before.... alternative money sources running dry, or sugar daddies having to cut back on the payroll, or whatever. Now let's seriously assess Sky's money management abilities based on what we know of her from Sky's Day Off. Yes, the wharf activities were somewhat cheap fun, but she was staying in a good hotel in San Fran, so I'd have to dock her on that one. Also, she showed no regard for that guy's upholstery when she jizzed people off in the back seat of that car, so judging from this I'd say she has a poor understanding of the depreciating value of assets and will be pouring more money into maintenance than she would have needed to if not for her brash treatment of others' genetalia. Now as for amortization and long term solvency, she historically smokes pot. So she's probably in debt, but indebted to people who don't remember and/or don't care, so that's a wash. Also, she's highly musical, so that should help lower the rate on her credit cards. So all in all, I'd be looking for Sky to make a comeback sometime soon. And Devon looks so pokable in clothes. I doubt highly that Sky Lopez ever made it to the $100,000 a year range so you must mean Devon, who probably got that on her renewal as when she was with Devon, was their most promoted star. From all I heard, at that time in her life she was a drugged out mess and that seems to be the reason she didn't get her contracted renewed with Vivid.
She gave her Myspace page over to her Pastor. It's not her page anymore. I heard she is already out of jail and should be having her baby soon. The person she "attacked" didn't even press charges but possibly a porn hater for a DA charged Sky and set her bail extremely high and locked up a pregnant woman. Jeremy Jackson is the one selling the video but is laying all the blame on Sky. He says she doesn't want to be known as a porn star anymore and sent those men over to get that tape. She has six years of porn out there. Why would she care about that one video. I also doubt this born again Christian who is about to give birth sent over those men. Why shouldn't she still use that name? She worked hard for it and will always be known as Sky Lopez. If she did change her name, everyone will criticize her for it anyway. Traci Lords went as a different name after her scandal and was getting mainstream modeling work. But a Japanese modeling gig she got here in the U.S. found out who she really was and threatened to sue her for fraud. So she stayed with the name and I believe has now legally changed her name to Traci Elizabeth Lords now.
Where did we find this tidbit of information? All I've read says that he's not selling it, that he is no longer in possession of the item in question, nor has he been for awhile now.

Who else sold it? You think Sky really sent people over to threaten him to hand over the tape because she doesn't want to be known as a porn star anymore as he says? She has 6 years of porn out there. Why would she care about that one tape? He's out of work and a has been. Everyone one of these pseudo celebrities that have a sex tape out sold it themselves and it's been proven many times. The only celebrities that I believe truly didn't want their tapes out are actor Colin Farrell and supermodel Carolyn Murphy. Carolyn's ex sold the tape because she dumped him and wouldn't support him anymore. He's a drug addict and sued for custody of her child only to try to get child support.

Also just read now that Vivid has offered him $5,000 to sign off on it. He'll take it and blow it all on more drugs.

Okay, I read what I did earlier at TMZ. I haven't been to AVN yet. I just did now and read that article. But now after reading it, it doesn't say she sold it and was paid. She said the sex was great with him. Hobie was offered $5,000 not $50,000. And Kim Kardashian had a few things going for her such as her famous father (the O.J. Simspon lawyer), her famous step-father (Bruce Jenner), and let us not forget the most important thing she had going for her and that is her famous best friend, Paris Hilton. A friend of Paris Hilton who is frequently in the gossip mags and seen with the right people, even if they aren't all that famous, is far more valuable than some has been porn star who wasn't really all that famous during her time anyway. I mean sure she was a Vivid girl for a short time, and way pretty ... but in terms of major stardom, she never really got that close. Selling 10,000 copies of a porno movie is impressive but having your photo appear weekly next to Paris Hilton on sites like TMZ that have half a million visitors a day and shows like E! and Access Hollywood that give her TV exposure that porn stars don't just normally have (minus Jenna Jameson of course and that is only recent), is far more impressive. So anyway the point is Kim K > Sky Lopez any day in terms of media coverage and mass appeal which has everything to do with the potential for profit. As far as the Hobie kid goes, Vivid's obviously just trying to get the best deal they can on that movie which in the end, probably is worth more to them for the press releases they can put out on it and the exposure sites like TMZ will give it than they will actually make money selling it.

Sky has a response to all this video=tape scandel, posted by whoever is running her page. It says she wants nothing to do with the tape. Hard to believe.
If Sky really wanted to be disassociated with the adult industry, she would lose the name, get rid of a myspace page with that name and move away from the porn hub known as southern California. I mean let the video come out as Sky Lopez and she can go on being what ever name she wants to go by. Most of these pornstars love the fame, money and lifestyle. They can't let go. That's why there so many pornstar prostitute's out there, they can't give up the money that came when they were doing adult movies and feature dancing. Not many jobs pay that well for very little time worked or effort.
Huh. I know a girl who slept with this guy once. If the tape was of her, that one I'd definitely be interested in seeing.

Traci Lords went as another name after the scandal and was getting modeling gigs but was threatened with a lawsuit for fraud after one of those gigs threatened to sue her. So she kept Traci Lords and I believe has now legally changed her name to it too. I read recently an old Harry Reems interview. They asked him about Jenna Jameson and he had no clue who she was. This was maybe three years ago. He said she'll be gone in five years. But they asked him why he kept the name Harry Reems after he became so religious. He also has named his company Harry Reems........something or other like that. He said he wasn't ashamed of what he did and didn't want to run from his past.
Can you cite any source for this information? Fraud doesn't make any sense. This sounds like nonsense or like the story is about something else. Some kind of credible news or bio source would help.
