^ A creampie is generally going to have been determined to be the ending prior to shooting so you should ask the director(s). If both scenes ended with facials or a cumshot on the body, would you be asking "but why" also?

I also booked that content, I like Skye very much, she shooted only 2 scenes (for Greg Lansky, the others are soft porn I don't even consider them) so I had no choice if I wanted to see her in action..

She's MY favorite for hottest newcomer. Skylar Vox is close, but Kosame Dash and Emily Willis and the other hottest newbies are so far behind stunning Skye Blue, at least in my eyes.
