but what english title is this one

The title means "Rocco and the Swingers 2", so I guess this is "Rocco, ti Presento Mia Moglie - per l'ultima volta", which is essentially "Real Italian Swingers Part 2". Not 100% sure, looking at the covers, but it would make sense!

But in the US, unless I am mistaken, Real Italian Swingers was condensed into one volume, as happened with 2 parts of Mai Dire Mai... being made into one edition of Never Say Never... for the Evil Angel release.
