In my cousin's yearbook back in 03 or 04 she was voted "most popular actress." Lisa Ann as Palin in an Eminem video was also pretty mainstream. Many porn girls have minor roles in TV shows & movies making them about the same as certain reality TV show stars, perhaps a B or C-list celebrity? I've seen porn girls on the cover of many guitar magazines & even on some CDs (Jesse Jane, Janine, etc). Many billboards for strip clubs here in L.A. will usual advertise with a Vivid girl on them.
