Sometimes they are PAs, talent, work in sales, agents offices, ect. Most of the time, you spend a little time getting to know people before you start producing. I always recommend to new clients that they hire directors/videographers that are established first, learn the biz, then start booking talent directly. Once a agent sees you around and knows you are going to pay then you have much better chance. You can always try calling each agent and asking if they will work with you.
