I'd say it's possible to recruit the talent from newspaper adds but I suspect that porn companies prefer to send the talent to an agency so that the agency takes responsability for her AIM test, 2257 paperwork and so forth. I'd say that a girl coming into the biz may prefer to work through an agency. A modeling agency is seen by many but a comnpany like Reality King is seen by it's visitor and members so it will greatly limit a talents ability to get seen and increase her popularity.
