I know most of us don't like the guy, and most pornstars don't either. Let's just say he isn't a popular person on ADT, and a lot of pornstars who have posted here over the years...the opinions on him, probably influenced this to an extent as well. I've never really enjoyed his porn, and don't agree with some of what he does.
HOWEVER, I really don't think he should be going to jail for catering to a following of fans who do enjoy watching what he does. To my knowledge, he has always shot girls who are adults, agree to working with him themselves....and he pays them for it.
If he goes to jail for practicing freedom of speech and his rights, who is next? I just really don't see much difference between what Max does, and what Belladonna does...except that Bella's stuff is indeed much sexier and hotter to look at. That though, is a matter of opinion and I am sure there'll always be people who prefer his stuff over hers.
If he goes to jail for pissing in girls mouths and throat fucking them, and roughing them up....who btw AGREE to doing it and are paid for it, then who is next? They could go after Belladonna/Jake Malone/Evil Angel as well for promoting violence against women, obscenity (enemas, double anal, gangbangs, pissing etc.) .
I just think this could be a turning point in the history of the porn industry in America if the porn world doesn't unite and back him up here. They won't just stop there, and they'll just keep going until the uptight Christians sitting in their offices going out of their way to make things the way they feel comfortable with (eventhough they fondle little boys and girls at home).
Whether you like him, or hate him...he should not be going to jail for making porn and doing nothing illegal. Maybe he should've started calling pissing on girls "squirting" too like all those goldenshower movies being sold all over as female squirting...and a lot of people actually believing it. Maybe that could've saved him some trouble.
