Took Percocet (a combination of Oxycodone and acetaminophen) which was not prescribed to her so either she had a bad reaction to it, or she took too much.

As killbillvol69 said, never, ever take medication that is not prescribed to you. It could interact with something else you're taking, or you could have a lethal reaction to it. Opioids should only be taken with care, for as short of a time as possible, and only when a doctor has prescribed them to you.

I say this as someone who has lost more than one family member to drugs. Just don't do it because you never know what can happen and it can end your life in an instant. It is just not worth it.
