Sorry I really lack some serious knowledge about STD
Let me ask the questions clearly
1. If a woman has a lot of sex partners while assuming that all of her sex partners do not
have any STD, and her partners only have sex with her so there is no "External" untrusted
participants, and I have sex with that woman, will I have any chances of getting any STDs or any other diesease?
2. If the woman has STD or even HIV
2a. If she only sucks me and I get hard, before orgasm, she stops sucking, how likely will I get STD or even HIV through this?
2b. If she only sucks me and I get hard, and I cum to her mouth, how likely will I get STD or even HIV through this?
2c. If we only have passionate kiss and our tongue touch each other, how likely will I get
STD or even HIV through this?
2d. If I have vaginal sex with her without a condom, before I am reaching orgasm, I take out my cock immediately and cum "outside", how likely will I get STD or even HIV through this?
will I get STDs or HIV as high chance as cumming her "inside" ???

If you are having unprotected sex with a person that you believe is having sex with others then you should see a doctor about getting tested for STD's, rather then relying upon statistics. Just because the odds are in your favor doesn't mean you'll win every time, just ask any professional gambler.

The fact is , Yes, she is having a lot of other sex partners and I am only one of them.
The fact is, I want to lick her, and I want her to suck me. I don't want to lick her
with dental dam or she sucks me with condom.
Because of the above facts, I need to place my bet, and understand how likely I'll "win"

STD doesn't come from no where, because it's passed from someone who has it. However, if a woman has many partners, chances are that one of the partner may have STD. Once she has it, you may get it from her.
STD and HIV may be acquired from oral sex, whether you ejaculate or not. Read the cdc.gov (government) website about STD's. Same goes for vaginal sex. Kissing is less likely to pass STD or HIV, but if there's any cuts or lesions in the mouth, it may be transferred that way.
