I don't know if new staff were added in recent months or maybe some staff are on break or stepped down but I've noticed some minor sloppiness.

I've noticed many title names with MILF or BBC often aren't spelled as such but instead as Bbc or Milf.

Not capitalizing all letters for these words looks a bit sloppy. Maybe the staff don't know they should be acronyms?

Too many examples and would be time consuming to fix all individually but going forward hopefully more awareness.

More than 1 staff member should be able to update/add award data. The bigger events usually get added to performer and movie/scene pages but I noticed smaller events or older, bigger awards that are missing info are often ignored.

Lexington Steele for example is the only black male performer to ever win AVN Male Performer of the Year (and did it 3 times!) but unless someone knows their porn history or visited aiwards.com they'd have no idea looking at his IAFD profile...

Why does Brooklyn Chase have both Best Boobs and Most Spectacular Boobs nominations for 2016? It stopped being called Best Boobs in 2016 so it's duplicate data for that specific year... Removing 2016 Best Boobs shouldn't break the site...

Compilations shoudn't be seen as a waste of time. If a fan owns the movie in their collection then it obviously matters to somebody. Shouldn't take months to approve submissions for missing compilation movies or weeks for updates to existing compilation pages e.g. scene pairings and tags

Some Review links and Buy this Movie links are broken but nobody seems to care to either add the updated URL or remove the dead link (or add a wayback machine replacement)

As far as I know most active sites are regularly updated but there seems to be favoritism... Certain sites get new scenes updated ASAP while others take months to finally add; likely ignoring fan submissions that could've been added sooner but a certain staff member has a claim to a specific studio.

Finally just my humble opinion but if a performer has also directed, it shouldn't be too difficult to use the same headshot photo. Leaving it blank seems a bit lazy... Unless there's some rule that only a photo when the person first directed should be used (likely older looking than their performer headshot when younger)

Only so many staff members and a never ending pile of work to do and while visitors appreciate the hard work into maintaining the database there is room for improvement.
