1) A link to the girl's Freeones page (sometimes IAFD and Freeones have different names, with no overlap of AKAs). Something similar might be done with AskJolene, but with the most efficacious search string "pre-loaded."
2) Add filters for b/g, b/b/g, b/g/g, etc., for better granularity (in my case, I used to be into bbg threesomes but not bgg (normally the second "g" isn't as hot as the "g" I rented the flick for and only gets in the way), now I don't care for bbg in most cases (only for a certain type of girl), and I'm more into bg. It would be nice not to have to trawl through so many pages.
3) Advanced cookies that allow me to tag a movie with "seen it" or "own it" buttons, or something, so I don't wind up doing a click-through and renting a flick I've rented before or already own!
4) maybe a way to do my own offline mini-database? It would be very nice to be able to save a performer's page offline, along with the tags for which movies I own; then when I get a yen to see performer x, I open her page and can see which movies I have on hand.

#1 IAFD names are based on actual names and AKAs used in movies. Girls often use different names on websites. These names have nothing to do with helping ID performers and credits in movies. The IAFD sometimes will include an AKA from a major website with a major performer, but this is the exception. And, when we do, we notate next to that name where it comes from... (example: "(ALS)" next to an AKA is just such a notation).
#2 If we know the scene pairings, there is a scene listing showing the performers paired together on the movie's page. Not exactly spoonfed as you request, but it is knowable (if we have the scene information).
#3 Jeff?
#4 Jeff? (Personally, I don't see any advantage to the IAFD in facilitating wholesale lifting of database information. The IAFD is a FREE service. And, as with many websites, it is the click-throughs to the advertisers that pay the bills to provide the website in the first place.)
I maintain my own database of every movie/DVD I own.
I check IAFD information against this list before renting/buying, and find this to be quite easy.
