| scipio Senior Member 1901 Posts 2/00 | Was the email sent on a weekend? or a Friday night? And three days is a good delivery time, but it can take longer than that for a letter to go from one city in Australia to another if you're unlucky, so I'd give it at least a week from the sending date before I'd get too stressed, since a Erodvd order has to cross various international borders... cheers, scipio |

| scipio Senior Member 1901 Posts 2/00 | You have not answered any of the questions that could help erodvd to help you. Length of time. "over three days" means nothing. "I time these things carefully" also means very little without context. How long have you been waiting for THIS order? When you emailed them. How long it's been since a reply. Perhaps which email address you sent it to. Some companies have semi-redundant email addresses (ie: one they check daily and one that might only get checked once a week) Did you send a second email? How long after the initial one? To which address? Your order number so erodvd can check it out. Since I assume you don't want to publicise your email address. Threats to get your credit card company involved don't help you either, especially if erodvd don't know who you are. (I'm assuming your details/email/name with erodvd are something different to sonyse2t5) See this thread for an erodvd reply to one customer re: unanswered/missing emails. You can see that they do look out for these threads. If they see your posts here but can't match it to a specific customer it does neither you not them any good. Pep has responded to your post saying that they replied to him within 15mins. Emails do sometimes not arrive. I've had it happen to me in non-porn-or-money-transaction-related situations, more than once. Servers crash, etc etc. Anything can happen. I strongly suggest that you email them again, to ask about your situation. I also suggest that if you post another update here it contains as much of the above useful information as possible, so that it gives Erodvd an opportunity to get in contact with you and resolve the problem. Honest shopping experiences (both good and bad) are what this forum is for. Vague complaints with threats attatched to them are not useful.
