2 of my friends and I want to start shooting gonzo porn. One of them only wants to be behind the camera but the other one and I are okay with being in front of the camera. We already have 4 girls willing to do it (6.5 to 8.5 in looks and one of these girls is like Teagan cuteness level. There's 1 black and 3 white girls between 19 and 21) and we figure we can find more since 3 of the girls are willing to do it for free (they want to have sex with me and my friend and are okay with us making whatever we shoot into porn and selling it) and we've got 1500 between the three of us to spend on other performers.
The thing is we don't know anything about the legal end of it. We live in Illinois and we aren't sure what the laws are on this or even if its legal here. Hell, the 4th girl that we have (the one that wants cash) said she'll shoot whatever within reason for 500 but I'm not sure how we need to word the contract or even if that's the industry standard (are we overpaying? Underpaying? Should we care?)
If anyone could point us in the right direction on where to proceed from here it would be great. I mean we've got 4 cute willing 20 somethings, a camera and cash but we don't know how to handle the legal end of it, or even who to sell to when we've shot the video, or else how to sell and package it if we do it ourselves. Is there like a FAQ on this sort of thing? ^_^
After we do this we figure if we use the same girls for 6 or 7 different scenes (let them bring there own clothes and shoot the scenes at different places) then we figure we might be able to sell it as two separate videos for like a couple grand each which will help us make the next videos, or else we could build some content up and start a site, we dunno yet. But I mean these are just normal college chicks so if they'll do it we can probably find other girls on campus that will do it to if we broach the subject to them. But yeah so much stuff to handle but we want to take care of the legal/contractual end first.
We're going to start shooting next weekend though so hopefully someone can help by then.

Note: One of our male performers (and 1 of our female performers) is black so depending on who we pair with who or whatever will that effect who we can sell it to and for how much? If that's an ignorant statement I'm sorry I'm not trying to sound racist we just want to make the most money sooo...
