I guess if some set lighting fell on your foot you could sue for the costs that YOU initially have to pay (I mean, that's how it works, right)? No wonder the industry was pushing for all the actors/actresses to become incorporated, so they're their own business entity, and no employees of the producers/studio. (which in turn begs the question: what about contract stars, for example all the people Brazzers is hoarding - does the same still apply?) [Link]
