We're getting hit with a DoS attack at the moment and I've been tuning the server to deal with the load. At the peak 30 mins ago we had 31k active connections and 3k requests per second.Z

I've enabled some features that might be denying legitimate requests as we work through this mess.

Some recent updates on our caching proxy server resulted in an amazing number of 503 errors over the past couple of days. I think things should be back to normal now. Please let me know if you're still seeing them from time to time.

besides getting 503, I also got (at least up until 4-5 hours ago, started about 2-3 days ago) totally empty pages. With the inspector open, it simply said 0 bytes transferred, no header etc...
Probably the same though. I guess it was simply connection closed from the server side, without generating a 408 or something similar.
