Does anyone notice that a lot of our names are spelled different for different covers? I am sooooooooo sorry to bother you guys with this, but for the record Tiana is spelled with only one N. It seems to be spelled different on every other cover, but just thought I would mention it. Thankyou, you can get back to important things now:)

In the google search engine, imne and Bridgettes last name has over 410 thousand referances, about half of them, are name is spelled incorrectly. Bridgette has a couple hundred boxes, where her name is spelled wrong. It is people working on the box covers, not paying attention. Bridgette even has awards with her name spelled wrong. Tiana,
You have hit upon one of the biggest bugaboos for fans, names. It is not only the spelling of the name, but the innumerable AKAs that some of the girls use. Some of the different names put out there can be attributed to studios that just slap a name on the box (Hustler comes to mind), and some are simply that the girl uses so many different ones. Spelling the name just adds another dimension to the situation.
I know that some companies make the effort to put some of the AKAs on the box or the video (Evil Angel comes to mind). For those companies that make the effort, kudos.
We have had some performers come onto the forums and mention that the name used in the film is NOT what they put on the model release, and they couldn't explain where the name came from.

When you click on "reply to topic", just underneath the window that you type in there is a blue lettered link that says "Icon Legend". Click on that and you will see the available smilies and the codes to use in your post.
Example is [ ;) ], without the spaces inside the brackets will give you .

Get a picture you like on your hard disc. Preferably an .jpg image, and close to the thumbnail size of 10 hex 100.
Then click on the profile link at the top of the page. There will be a blue link in the profile that says 'add avatar'. Click on that and follow the instructions, which are quite easy, and it will upload the picture from your hard disc and make it your avatar. Note that if the automated system has to do a lot of resizing, the quality of the picture may suffer.
One of the purposes of this forum is for fans to have conversations with porn stars. Just how do you think that you are defeating that purpose in this thread?

About half way down the profile window where it says the number of posts to display per page, to the right there should be some blue letters that say "add avatar".
If that doesn't show, then you might try sending the pic you want to me by email and I'll try get it put up for you through the powers that be.
When you click on the Profile link you will see a popup screen place for your user name and password. These may already be filled in by your browser. Once they are filled in, click on "Submit".
Now you will see a list of things like user name, e-mail address, Location, etc... Right below "Location" you should see "No avatar uploaded" and to the right of that a blue link saying "Add avatar". Click on that link.
Just in cast Tiana is still checking on this thread I wanted to say bravo on the scene in Semen Demons 2!! The makeup was reminiscent of the I Ran video of the 80's but your performance was definitely on the money!!

We find Tiana Lynn with four different spellings, possibly even five (I haven't taken the time to find out who Tina Lynn is, and/or if different).
One of them even spells her last name differently - or is that somebody else?
Heck - - maybe they are ALL different stars.
Now I'm not knocking FiveStar DVD. They have a nice website, selection and prices, all worth shopping. I think I've even seen their reps post here.
But they sure do have a lot of typos. IOW, I've seen this sort of thing many times.
Somebody there, that enters the info, just doesn't pay attention, or doesn't care. Sometimes it has caused me to believe that whatever I'm looking for is not there. That is not good for them. I've learned to second-guess and dig around a little before giving up. When in the retail business, your customers should not have to do that - it should be made as easy as possible to find what you want, and to spend your money. :)
Seeing typos once or twice is human. Seeing them often gives an unprofessional image to a business.
This is not a major thing - it is a peeve though. I'm glad Tiana brought it up. This is just an example of how lack of attention to simple detail, in any business, is not good for business.
FiveStar is not the only one with this problem. I visit their site more than some others, therefore I notice it more.

oh my goodness , I only notice that when my in review cast my name is spelled Tianna Lynn as opposed to Tiana Lynn, you know I cjose a simple nameand thought it would be easier, but now that I look at that thing Willy, I think they spelled it every whick way but the correct one ahhhh!
LOL! Yeah, I thought it was Tianna for the longest time - I think that was based on a boxcover though. So much for the accuracy of boxcovers - sometimes the names there are mangled beyond comprehension!
What studios need to realize is that we will not BUY the new movie with our favorite actress if we can not FIND the movie with our favorite actress. Nothing worse than finding 5 different spellings for a name. Maybe stars should have numbers! "Hey you check out that new movie by 45673!? She is hot!" It is their loss, although I am sure there are plenty of studios which do 4 hr comps or something that could not give a shit.
Tiana, You can always go back and edit your posts if you want to. Just click on the notepad & pencil icon at the top of your post and then you can make changes.
Only the person who wrote a post and a moderator/administrator can edit someones post.
At least you chose a name containing a first & last name. So it's usually easy to decipher whether it is really you or not. Had you chosen a single name (Tiana for example), people would have a harder time knowing if you were in a movie or not.
Right now, at least Tianna is only directing. Had you used Tiana a few years ago, people would always be getting confused as to whether it was you or her in a movie.
This is worst with European girls who, for whatever reason, seem to like to be referred to by a single first name. I can't tell you how many times I've had to try to figure out if "Elen" on a boxcover is really this Elen or not.
