Now that i have finally had sex and she tells me if i mastibate more often i could cum more than once, as i get used to it.
so if I did start doing this, what sort of sperm count do we hold ? i mean how many times could i "cum" in a lifetime ? Do i need to worry if i do it a lot ? (i have been worried a few times, the though of running out..."

First of all, there is no maximum limit for the amount of spermatozoa the male body will generate. It will produce less in your later years, but it will never stop.
Second point, each body is different. The refractory period (the amount of time necessary for your body to recover between ejaculations) varies from person to person. This period tends to increase with age.
It sounds like you need to read a basic sex manual. Go to your local library or bookstore and find one. Your personal physician may have book recommendations; it is possibly that your health clinic will have pamphlets or other reading materials.
Both of the above topics (and many others) can be found in such manuals. Trying to learn sex education on the Internet is a piecemeal and inefficient way of doing things. Plus, the accuracy of medical information given in anonymous bboards such as ADT is highly suspect to begin with.
If you insist on trying to learn this stuff online, at least go to a halfway credible medical website such as WebMD.com.
The doctors I have had not seemed particularly comfortable discussing sex or sexuality. They prefer to discuss malfunctioning body parts.
I have gotten much better info (measured in usefulness and fun) from books and the internet. Amazon links take you to a whole world of honest book reviews.

In medicine, malfunctioning body parts are easier to bill for than normal sex questions. That, and the thought of most of your patients having sex with someone...its a bit icky.
Having said that, the answer is-finite eggs, limitless sperm. Of course, you could go blind or grow hair on your palms. And everyone will know you're doing it.

While the above article indicates a wide range of "normal" responses, admittedly my response is different than yours. I can have a second ejaculation in 10-15 minutes and there have been a few days when I've had sex 8-10 times (sadly, they don't happen more often).
