I was wondering if anyone has recently had issues with the website spermastudio-dvd.com?
On 3 January I bought a scene from them - 'Sexy Susi Meets Gosia' - but the download link doesn't work and I haven't been able to download my purchase. I contacted their customer service department, Salma de Nora Vixion, which operates a ticketing system, requesting that the problem either be fixed or my money refunded. Initially they were attentive but the problem hasn't been fixed and now they are simply ignoring me; I last contacted them on 18 January and have yet to receive a response. Having done a bit of research, I've ascertained that I am entitled to a refund for a (faulty) digital download and have a template letter to send but what's to stop them just ignoring that as well? I have no idea how, or if, I can get redress here.
I've dealt with this website in the past with no issues and as far as I can tell they're a reputable source for legal downloads so I can't understand why they're suddenly treating me as if I don't exist. If I don't get this sorted I'm only £7.00 GBP out of pocket, which is no great shakes but they'll have lost me as a customer forever and, also, I feel I'd be doing my fellow porn fans a disservice if I didn't warn them about this company.

Most video download sites have a "no refunds" policy, but will give replacement of the same video. So they will probably ignore you if you talk about a refund because then you look like a scammer trying to get a video for free. You should focus your energy on getting the video you ordered. Tell them the file was broken, the link was broken, whatever. Ask them to give you a different link or a different way of getting the file. Ask them to upload it to a cloud server for you or something. Anything to help you get the file. Your money is already gone and there will be no refund. So focus on getting the video you paid for. That's my suggestion.

^ I feel I should clarify, I have not pressed specifically for a refund. I have repeatedly asked them to either fix the link OR refund me, whichever is easiest for them. I would be more than happy to simply get my video. As for my being a scammer, is there no way for a website to tell whether or not I have downloaded a file? I assumed they could, in which case they'd be able to see that I haven't. Why would anyone try something like that, anyway, when I could just watch tube sites for nothing?

Since both the site and the customer are in the EU, EU consumer protection laws apply. And a "no refunds" policy is completely illegal.
The OP seems to be in the UK, here is the relevant UK government site to get started.

Update: I have today received a lengthy and apologetic email from the spermastudio.com guys. Not only have they fixed the download link, as a goodwill gesture they have also offered me an additional download. Turns out they'd been having numerous problems which unfortunately resulted in their level of customer service falling short of the standard I'd expect. I hereby retract, fully and unequivocally, anything unkind I may have said about them or their operation in my previous posts. Thanks again to ninja 1 and Jacco for their assistance.
