^Not exactly. Mark is in it to make money like any smart businessman and he knows the best way he can do that is make sure that the women he represents get as many opportunities to work as possible. If a g/g only performer is able to work regularly than he will gladly rep for her because it beneficial for both of them. In return a smart performer will look at the pros and cons of having Mark as an agent. If she gets plenty of work than she will keep him. If you look at Mark's site than you can clearly see that both Jessie Andrews and Kimberly Kane are currently tagged as g/g only so you can see first hand that he reps for g/g only performers. That's not to say that these women won't or haven't done b/g work. It's obvious that they have because I own some of their b/g scenes.
^^ If my read on the industry is correct, there's very few girl/girl performers who are doing so with no intention to ever do b/g, and it doesn't seem like Mark is one of those agents who has girls wait to do everything to build up momentum, so basically a girl who wants to sign with him is probably one that's likely to be getting into b/g work if they aren't already in it. But as pat has said, he has repped a few girls that have switched over to g/g only from doing b/g (Jessie, Kimberly, Kristina Rose).
^I honestly don't know if he has ever rep a g/g only perform right from the beginning but I don't see any reason why he wouldn't if she meets the qualification I mentioned in my prior post.
In general I don't take on new girls that only do G/G. However, if a performer has been with me a long time and then decides to only do G/G, they can be "Grandfathered" in.

I've been hoping Blacked could get her for a scene. Her scene on Deen's site was damn good. Seems like she's still relatively unkown. Hopefully not for too much longer.
