LCF  All-Star Member  Non Prevalebunt! 10364 Posts 1/05 |  Posted - Jan 29 2008 : 10:41AMI'm not sure how to resolve this nor if this is allowed here but forcing my instinct I joined that site , I've no complain about their material which is good and there's a lot but it happened that I was in the site received a call and I get out and disconnected , a matter of minutes but then I was unable to access the site , it seems that someone hacked my ID and pwd , I didn't shared them for sure I never did nor will do and although I've three computers I use always the same for that kind of things I'm not sure that this is the problem actually. You might say why don't you contact their customer service? I did but something's wrong they disabled the copy and paste function of their java form but they also disabled the ALT GR button so I'm unable to digit the @ of my Email and their form doesn't allow me to send any email to them. So right now there might be a thief with my ID and Pass free to enter and could have me permanently disabled if he shares them , with ME the regular paying customer even unable to complain or to report my problem or to get some new ID and pass , not only this but in the warning page it is said that If I try to access over and over with MY ID and MY PWD the system will block me. In my confirmation email I have only the billing support email. I tried to send them an email from all three of my computers but none of them was able to send anything and all of them have the last java enabled I have maybe 15 days of membership left it is a given that in such condition I won't renew my membership Hope I can receive some help from here cause I don't know how else contact dogfart Thank you ADT for you patience EDIT EDIT after 32 hours I'm still unable to access and get what I paid for , I'm also unable to contact their customer service because they disabled the ALT GR button is still disabled , given the situation it's been a lucky shot that I've changed my credit card and my previous is Mastercard longer of use since it appears hard to say the least to cancel my membership although I believe their billing service should be properly enabled but I'll give them another day after that I'll say farewell to them Edited by - Laurie Cameron Fan on Jan 30 2008 [Link] |

Still don't know what happened I can only assume that someone entered with my pass by either hacking the site or my computer.
