All this stuff now about "exact" words is really silly. You asked him to prove she made the comment and he did...you seem to be hurting your own credibility here - but lets lying dogs lie and move on. All this back and forth is unnecessary.

By the way, does anyone know what the exact charges levied against Nacho, Katsumi (who is wonderful!) and the others were? Was it obscenity or lewd-acts related or something more along business lines? I'm curious to see what countries other than our own provincial Union are doing these days with respect to porn...

My credibility and honesty is sterling...if it wasn't would major companies like Hustler,MSP and others advance me several thousand dollars to shoot for them; would an emerging company who I just started shooting for (after they checked my reputation with companies whom I have produced for) wire me several thousand dollars AND ship a brand new Sony DV camera worth several thousand dollars to me? As far as your other comment,I agree not to give a damn about your personal life if you agree not to give a damn about mine whatsoever Moving on.....Katsumi et al;were charged with "selling merchandise for personal gain without the proper vendors license."All 5 arrestees had to pay a fine of $2,250.Here are some penalties in some countries for producing/distributing adult porn:

Canada: WIDE OPEN ;at least last time I was there.

European Union: Nobody cares

Russia:Better have a lot of rubles to pay for you and your crews' team of bodyguards;not to mention the Russian Mob who accept US dollars only.

Hong Kong and Thailand: Confiscation of equipment;Fine and/or imprisonment (rare) to be determined after same day hearing.

Vietnam,Cambodia,Laos,Phillipines:Must have pro security detail with personnel who pay off the right people in advance to avoid hassles.

Japan:If no mosaic;Confiscation of equipment and HUGE fine imposed by Government of Japan.If child porn;say "Sayonara" to your friends and family for a LONG time.

Taiwan and South Korea: Keeps changing depending on which
ruling party is in power.

Myanmar (formerly Burma) and Singapore:Confiscation of equipment,Flogging,HUGE fine and imprisonment.

North Korea:Confiscation of equipment,HUGE fine in US dollars then while you languish in prison,Kim Jun jacks off to your freshly shot scenes.
