So pretty much what the title says: I've seen a few "how to" vids over the years from various sources (Ben Dover, blah), watched a shit load of Manuel Ferrara scenes, and now even hear that Lexi Belle has started doing it...
So seriously, is squirting something I can get my wife to do, and if so... how?!?!

I was lent a DVD by a friend, the title was something like "How to make your gf squirt". To cut a long story short the technique that they used was, two fingers deep, hard and fast, whist with your other hand rubbing on her pubic bone, palm down.
I tried it on my gf and after about 10seconds she told me to stop, as she found it uncomfortable.
As for porn squirting.......all girls can piss!

I get asked this a lot at my sex shop. It happens to some women as just a matter of course, and others have to work at it. There are techniques that will bring about squirting, and yes, they can be uncomfortable. Once the woman pushes past the discomfort, it can happen, or at the very least, she'll have a g-spot orgasm. What women find uncomfortable is the build-up of pressure in a concentrated area. If they just ride it out, the release will come. The g-spot will swell when great pressure is applied to it. Pressing down on the pelvis from the other side will increase the pressure, plus hold her in place. It's not something that can be done gently, and it's not something a woman can control. The lack of control scares some women, and they stop before they should. It's also helpful to get the woman to peak arousal first, physically, emotionally and mentally. She has to be willing to let go for it to happen. She also has to not care whether or not it's pee, and her partner has to assure her that he doesn't care either.
