Her twitter has been hacked (apparently by her ex) and many posts have been made claiming she is HIV+
Her new, real twitter account is here: @REALSTACEYLEANN
And she provides what seems to be proof that she is not HIV+ in her tweets.
Also, she's still listed as available on the Foxxx modeling site, which would definitely not be the case if she was HIV+.

^ That would make a lot of sense. There were a number of things on that site that didn't match up. It points to a supposed STD Carriers Database that looks fairly real. But if this account were true, the national media would pick it up in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, Sextortion laws are few and far behind the frequency of them. I hope this helps.
