As long as there are no breaks in the shot, and the guy stays so close to the lady with his hips that there is no way he could possibly withdraw from her, then the viewer will still believe that the guy is fucking the lady in the new position, even if he can't see the penetration anymore. I think porn moves would be a lot more interesting to watch, if they start showing all those hot sex positions, where you can't see the lady's penetration but you know for sure that the guy is inside her with his big cock. All you need to do is show the lady's initial penetration and then have them change their position in a way that makes it impossible for the guy to withdraw from her.
