That got me thinking about another time when, I heard, I think it was Melody Max, in an interview, briefly say she took her girlfriends out behind the school and gave them blowjob lessons on some male classmates. That could've been a fun conversation. Most of the discussions of female performers' pre-porn exploits is pretty brief, a pit stop on the way to the real reason she's there. Are there any memorable interview moments where girls talk about their various sexploits before they got into porn, in a way that would add some erotic build-up, rather than simple biographical notes, to the scene? And, as a sub-topic, lots of porn stars were strippers before they started porn, although that seems to be rarely acknowledged. Having been to a rather famous-in-my-neck-of-the-woods strip club and visited the VIP on many occasions, I was wondering if there are any good interview bits where girls who were/are dancers share some of their VIP experiences? They're contributing to that fantasy and building an image of themselves which (they hope) will increase their profile in a highly saturated and competitive industry. That's just the way it is. Personally, I find models who are more open about their reasons for getting into porn, like Lena Paul, quite refreshing. You wouldn't believe how many models well-known for performing in anal scenes have told me privately that they never even thought about trying anal sex until they entered the porn industry. That's not to say that they don't enjoy it now (as you might expect, some do and some don't), but the idea that every porn model is a turbo-slut who had already engaged in every sex act known to man before she ever stepped onto a porn set is frankly ridiculous. When a girl tells me a story, I challenge them and try to flesh out the details. I ask them a few follow-up questions but since I don't make the interviews about me, unlike some other interviewers, I leave out my follow-up questions and just put it into one response.
