How about something similar to a California Closet system for easy access organized storage?
What are the dimensions of something like that? It would help to know so I can get an idea of what sort of container would fit.

He had to go out and buy a big plastic storage case to house the thing in between uses. I was thinking of trying one of these sex toy things. How might I store the thing? [Link] |

Both are on the opposite side of my door, next to my PC, in plain view, but people can't see what's inside, since the containers are not see-through; they are blue. Jelly toys also attract fuzz, so it's best to keep them wrapped up. Silicone can touch other silicone toys (they won't bleed), but the best thing to do is wrap it in cloth to keep them fuzz-free. Glass usually comes in padded pouches for safekeeping. Those sorts of pouches are really nice for storing any of your toys. Cyberskin (futurotic, UR3, etc) should be sprinkled with cornstarch (the talc it comes with has been linked to cancer) and can be kept in the box it came in or a rubbermaid container. Just make sure it's dry before putting it in anything air-tight. Anything else, I usually just put in a shoebox. (plastic vibes, rubber, vinyl, etc.) |
