The market for niche stuff like this isn't big enough for them to justify putting it in it's own category. So they just mix everything together in every movie they make. I'd be pretty surprised if this is the only thing you're seeing in pretty much every movie you don't care for. But assuming it is, consider that there are people who don't care for the things you love.
Those of us who like gagging and throat fucking don't really get a category of our own (as far as I'm aware) unless you like watching them outright puking (Facial Abuse). It would seem like a nitpicky difference (because gagging causes puking, after all) but some people are just turned on by the gagging itself and not the nasty vomit. But of course, for every one of us, there's probably someone who wallows in the whole spectacle.
