At this website I found this:
I am SO trting to figure out how parents are going to monitor their children's masturbation frequency so they can gently re-direct them to talk to a friend on the phone instead.

Remove the door to the bathroom and the bedroom, and install a webcam camera!

If you're around the kid during the day, it's fairly easy to tell when they're having a private moment. What they do at night after they're tucked in is their business.

I think it is important for parents to be aware of their children's sexual habits (both with themselves and with others). Sometimes teens can get into unhealthy behaviors just because it gets to be a habit. It's just like eating, or video games, or alcohol, in moderation it's just fine and not a problem. When it becomes the only thing, it's not healthy. Realistically speaking, who else can go up to your child and say, "maybe you're doing that a little too often"?

I don't think you can pick a number out of the air and say, "this many times and no more". Having a general idea of what physical needs a teen might have is comforting, though. More to the point is paying attention to the rest of your kid's life. Is he getting out with friends? Is he doing okay academically? Does he have hobbies and activities that interest him? Can he socialize with the gender that attracts him? If all those things are okay, then a bit of private time isn't going to ruin anyone's life - in moderation.

YYYYYOOOOOUUUU WWWWHHHHAAAAATTTT !!!!!

Having got that out of my system I'm going for a lie down in my room where I'm going to make a TELEPHONE call to lots of SEX CHAT LINES and then I'm off to READ ANAIS NIN and crack a few off and then give myself a real treat and LISTEN to the DEVIL'S TUNES on the wireless and then blow my brains out like the Judas Priest kids and then, well, then I can see people thinking, 'Hmm, now just where did those parents go wrong.....'.

No wonder most parents havn't got a clue when they read advice like this. And, I mean, what is it about people that when they gets kids common sense goes right out the window ?
Personally I blame the parents....

1. You're horny.
2. You don't have an available partner.
3. It feels good.
Only if you are trying to maximize sperm count for fertility.
Some days I do 'cause I'm just that horny, and I'm 46 years old. It doesn't seem to interfere with anything, as there's plenty left for my wife. Should I call my mother instead? Maybe I just have a high libido. I don't know. 2-3 orgasms a day is about right for me. If I'm really horny it's 2-3 orgasms in a row (like last night with my wife).

One of my earliest memories is my mother walking in on me when I was humping the blankets. I'm really NOT going to worry about how often my own kids masturbate.
